This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee and enhance the utilization of the CRM system across various teams to boost adoption and operational efficiency.
• Examine CRM data to create actionable insights that facilitate business expansion and cross-selling initiatives.
• Develop and refine workflows and automation within the CRM to optimize processes.
• Establish internal reporting capabilities, minimizing dependence on external tools.
• Recognize and enact process enhancements to improve CRM functionality and user experience.
• Provide support and guidance to 30–40+ users, serving as the primary contact for all CRM-related inquiries.
• Proficient in English at a B2 level or above.
• Proficient in Russian at a B2 level or above.
• Experience with HubSpot, including setup, automation, and user support.
• Familiarity with Pipedrive.
• Several years of practical experience in a CRM-focused role (e.g., CRM Manager, CRM Specialist, CRM Analyst).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and the setup of workflows and automation.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance processes and maximize system usage.
