CRM Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Assess and offer insights on CRM workflows, sales methodologies, and automation strategies utilizing Salesforce, HubSpot, and other prominent platforms.

• Document existing sales operations procedures, pinpointing challenges and opportunities for enhancements in processes.

• Share real-life examples, scenarios, and insights that exemplify best practices in CRM operations and sales support.

• Examine, analyze, and annotate CRM data, records, and user interactions to assist with AI training goals.

• Evaluate and confirm AI system outputs for precision and consistency with actual sales operations.

• Work collaboratively on generating and reviewing content for documentation, training resources, and process manuals associated with CRM tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience in CRM and sales operations, showcasing proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot.

• Familiarity with additional platforms such as Close, Apollo, Salesloft, Intercom, Freshdesk, Shopify, Crayon, or Funnel is highly regarded.

• Proven history of refining sales processes, implementing automation, and maintaining CRM data accuracy.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in process mapping, with a meticulous approach to intricate business workflows.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing clear documentation and providing actionable insights.

• Experience in delivering feedback or training related to process enhancements or software implementation is an advantage.

• A formal degree is not mandatory; practical experience and platform expertise are the primary considerations.
