CRM, MS Dynamics Agile Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for product delivery, encompassing regular enhancements and significant new features.

• Collaborates with executive sponsors, business leaders, and end users to convert high-level product vision and business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Manages and refines the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.

• Oversees the enhancement request process, capability roadmaps, and deployment timelines.

• Actively engages in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, providing clarifications and making decisions on the acceptance or rejection of deliverables.

• Aims to deliver incremental value through frequent releases, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction set by the Product Manager.

• Makes day-to-day decisions regarding feature scope, priorities, and trade-offs throughout the development cycle.

• Responsible for the business case process and the business value stream model.

• Coordinates with training and change management teams to ensure successful rollouts and user adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM platforms.

• Expertise in the Dynamics 365 CRM domain with an emphasis on user-centered design.

• Strong capabilities in business analysis and process mapping.

• Exceptional project management skills.

• Excellent communication abilities to connect technical and business domains.

• Proficient in product management frameworks, Agile methodologies, and Scrum practices.

• Experience with solution packaging and deployment (managed/unmanaged solutions).

• Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), including the use of Azure DevOps.

• Familiarity with release management and rollback strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; or three to five years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Over 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in CRM (MS Dynamics) implementation.

• Product Owner Certification.
