CRM Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Engage throughout the entire CRM marketing lifecycle, including strategy development, campaign planning, journey execution, performance analysis, and continual optimization.

• Collaborate effectively across the Marketing team and with essential partners such as Data & Analytics, MarTech, Product Marketing, Digital Media, as well as external agencies and vendors.

• Lead the product, contact, and creative strategies to create and execute large-scale CRM campaigns, utilizing machine learning, predictive modeling, and tailored content for optimization.

• Oversee and implement the marketing campaign workflow from the initial request to deployment, emphasizing outbound marketing channels like email, SMS, and push notifications.

• Conduct audience segmentation and execution.

• Perform quality assurance on touchpoints, personalization elements, and dynamic content.

• Build and deploy campaigns.

• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests that drive ongoing enhancements to our fan strategies and improve conversion rates.

• Optimize lifecycle CRM campaigns (such as onboarding and reactivation) using insights, analytics, and automation tools to boost fan lifetime value (LTV).

• Extract vital insights and learnings for future enhancements and template efficiency.

• Partner with internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors to develop the most effective campaign strategies that align with performance objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (Epsilon PeopleCloud Messaging, Movable Ink, Attentive preferred).

• Previous experience with enterprise-level marketing automation platforms (Adobe tools like AEP, AJO, CJA, Campaign, Marketo are strongly preferred; other platforms such as SFMC will also be considered).

• Proficiency in HTML editing and a working knowledge required for making edits to templates.

• In-depth understanding of channel KPIs, A/B testing, metrics, and reporting.

• Proficiency in Photoshop.

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively to identify opportunities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong project and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail and organization.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced production schedule with varying workloads throughout the year.

• Proven capability to collaborate and manage dependencies with team members involved in campaign launches.

• Enthusiasm for innovation and tackling complex challenges.

• A passion for sports is an advantage.

• Employees are expected to work 40 hours per week. This position may necessitate exceeding 40 hours per week and/or working on weekends.
