This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the development and implementation of multi-product, segment-focused customer lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Create and automate lifecycle campaigns utilizing Braze to provide scalable and personalized user experiences.
• Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and business intelligence teams to guarantee data integrity and campaign effectiveness.
• Implement multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, WhatsApp) that align with business objectives and time-sensitive promotions.
• Track and report on key performance indicators; proactively modify strategies to achieve performance goals.
• Leverage Amplitude, Braze, and AI tools for A/B testing, multivariate testing, audience segmentation, and message optimization.
• Oversee campaign calendars, promotional schedules, and content workflows to ensure impeccable execution.
• Assess, edit, and proofread marketing content with a keen focus on quality and clarity.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing with a solid understanding of audience segmentation.
• 3+ years of practical experience using Braze or Amplitude for managing multi-channel campaigns and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of customer engagement across email, SMS, push notifications, mobile apps, and WhatsApp.
• Analytical mindset—you excel at transforming data into actionable insights and measurable results.
• Exceptional project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple products and timelines simultaneously.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the capability to work independently or collaboratively across teams.
