This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the relationship, engagement, retention, and monetization strategy for OLX Brazil Group, collaborating with the OLX, ZAP Imóveis, and Viva Real brands for both B2C and B2B audiences.
• Play a pivotal role in advancing our Growth Marketing strategy, steering the CRM transformation from a campaign-oriented approach to a sophisticated lifecycle marketing model centered on personalization, automation, data intelligence, and omnichannel activation.
• Develop and scale a CRM strategy that has a direct impact on engagement, reactivation, retention, recurrence, conversion, revenue, and marketing efficiency.
• Advance the Group's CRM strategy towards a more refined, behavior-driven model informed by advanced segmentation, product events, automation, and large-scale personalization.
• Spearhead the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring technical excellence, governance, data quality, and swift execution.
• Create an integrated lifecycle perspective for various audiences, including buyers, sellers, listers, professional advertisers, real estate agencies, dealerships, brokers, and B2B clients.
• Design automated journeys for key milestones in the user and customer lifecycle.
• Transform CRM into a crucial Growth lever, aligned with Product, Performance, SEO, Brand, Data, and Commercial teams.
• Cultivate a high-performing team with analytical depth, operational excellence, strategic vision, and strong execution capability.
• Serve as a key leader in executive forums, advocating for priorities, trade-offs, opportunities, and the CRM's impact on the business.
• Proven experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, Martech, Retention, Customer Engagement, or similar fields.
• Demonstrated experience in directly managing teams and developing talent.
• Advanced proficiency and practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Braze or other engagement platforms.
• Experience in constructing or enhancing robust CRM strategies within digital companies, marketplaces, platforms, e-commerce, apps, classifieds, fintechs, telecom, subscription businesses, or other organizations with extensive user bases.
• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in funnel metrics, cohorts, segmentation, testing, retention, engagement, conversion, and LTV.
• Experience in designing automated journeys, lifecycle programs, trigger-based campaigns, and large-scale personalization.
• Ability to navigate between executive strategy and technical intricacies, possessing enough knowledge to challenge architecture, data, integrations, and measurement.
• Experience in complex settings with multiple brands, products, audiences, channels, and stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication skills, cross-functional influence, and priority management.
• Preferred / Differentiators: Experience with marketplaces, classifieds, real estate, automotive, super apps, digital platforms, or ecosystems encompassing B2B and B2C journeys.
• Familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, GA4, CDPs, BI tools, and audience management solutions.
• Experience with incremental measurement, holdout groups, uplift, propensity modeling, and multivariate testing.
• Experience in projects involving the implementation, migration, or evolution of a Martech stack.
• Experience with WhatsApp, push notifications, in-app messages, web push, SMS, email, integrated paid media, and owned channels.
• Experience in CRM strategies connected to product notifications, transactional alerts, on-platform behavior, and first-party data.
