This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.
• Assume full responsibility for the CRM strategy and campaign implementation across both brands, ensuring high-quality standards, timely execution, and alignment with brand voice.
• Strategize, construct, and enhance multi-channel campaigns (email, onsite, push) with a strong focus on structure, clarity, and relevance.
• Formulate CRM strategies centered on automation, personalization, and operational effectiveness.
• Take ownership of and refine each brand’s tone of voice based on player preferences specific to the market.
• Evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, and key performance indicators to drive iteration and improvement.
• Guarantee that each campaign’s design, content, and terms are organized clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to maintain cohesive messaging.
• Manage loyalty and retention communications, ensuring strategies are appropriate for the brand.
• Ensure compliance and regulatory standards are integrated into workflows and communications.
• Work in partnership with Responsible Gaming, Compliance, Customer Support, and other relevant teams.
• Proven experience managing CRM in the online casino or iGaming sector.
• A demonstrated track record of executing automated and ad hoc campaigns with accuracy and consistency.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional attention to detail in both written content and operational execution.
• Comprehensive understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle strategies, and retention KPIs.
• Practical experience with CRM platforms and campaign management tools.
• A collaborative approach, capable of working across various functions and remote teams.
