CRM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver accounting, financial support, and financial reporting for TRICARE's centrally funded private sector health care initiatives.

• Assist in ensuring financial statement audit readiness and remediation efforts.

• Evaluate audit findings and contribute to the development of corrective action plans.

• Conduct internal control testing and document financial transactions along with processes.

• Partner with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and leadership regarding audit requirements.

• Prepare audit documentation and supporting evidence packages for audit assertions and walkthroughs.

• Maintain repositories for audit readiness documentation, ensuring the traceability and completeness of evidence.

• Coordinate responses to audit inquiries with external audit firms and internal stakeholders.

• Provide input for budget formulation.

• Implement budgets and create component financial statements and footnotes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline, or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent federal financial management or auditing experience in lieu of a degree.

• At least 5 years of experience in federal audit, audit readiness, or financial compliance.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with TRICARE's centrally funded private sector health care programs.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for clearly interpreting and articulating audit issues.

• An active DoD Secret security clearance.

• Preferred: DoD Financial Management Certification, Level 1, 2, or 3.

• Preferred: Familiarity with FIAR methodology, including internal controls, testing, and remediation processes.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Real Property, and Fund Balance with Treasury.

• Preferred: Experience with collections, unmatched transactions, and intergovernmental reconciliations.

• Preferred: Exposure to data analytics for audit resolution and financial trend analysis.

• Preferred: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or similar analytical tools.
