CRM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Maintain, organize, and cleanse extensive data sets to ensure uniformity and precision across various platforms.

• Utilize advanced Excel functionalities to assess and format data for reporting and imports.

• Recognize data patterns, inconsistencies, and deficiencies, taking proactive steps to address these issues.

• Create weekly and monthly reports and dashboards to assist sales, marketing, and operations teams.

• Operate within Insellerate or equivalent CRM systems to update records, manage workflows, and guarantee campaign precision.

• Aid in the importing and exporting of data, list segmentation, and tag management across CRM tools.

• Assist with automation logic and campaign setup in platforms like Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Follow Up Boss.

• Resolve CRM issues and ensure that CRM data complies with business requirements.

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to fulfill data requirements and facilitate campaign execution.

• Ensure the integrity of data and alignment between CRM, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years in a data-centric or CRM support position; experience in the mortgage, real estate, or finance sectors is a plus.

• Proficient in Excel terminology and formulas (VLOOKUP, CONCAT, IFERROR, INDEX, MATCH, COUNTIF, AND, OR, SUBSTITUTE, IF).

• Familiar with Insellerate, HubSpot, Go High Level, Salesforce, Jungo, Big Purple Dot, Follow Up Boss, or comparable CRMs.

• Skilled in organizing, refining, and analyzing data to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Understanding of CRM segmentation, workflows, tags, and practices for data integrity.

• Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a solutions-oriented approach.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic, data-intensive environment.
