This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the CRM strategy across all communication channels (Email, SMS, push notifications, in-app, and onsite messaging), with a specific emphasis on Sweepstakes and Social Casino products.

• Manage the entire customer lifecycle for both core products and the Sweepstakes/Social Casino sectors, ensuring effective onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, churn prevention, and growth in lifetime value.

• Plan, execute, and assess CRM campaigns specifically designed for Sweepstakes and Social Casino audiences, prioritizing personalization, behavioral segmentation, bonus mechanics, gamification, and measurable ROI outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, product, analytics) to ensure campaigns are innovative, data-informed, and aligned with business goals.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on key CRM performance indicators such as customer lifetime value, retention, conversion rates, and churn; convert insights into actionable enhancements.

• Ensure full adherence to data privacy regulations and responsible gaming/sweepstakes regulatory frameworks across all communications.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CRM experience in the Sweepstakes (social casino) domain.

• Demonstrated success in managing CRM campaigns from inception to completion, with quantifiable business results.

• Practical experience with leading CRM platforms (Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, or similar).

• Strong analytical capabilities, including segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization of campaign performance.

• Exceptional project management, communication, and collaboration abilities.

• Proficiency in English (additional languages are advantageous).

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, international setting.
