This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Formulate strategies aimed at enhancing customer acquisition and retention.
• Develop roadmaps for CRM and loyalty initiatives.
• Optimize customer engagement through customized CRM programs.
• Support the selection of suitable CRM and CDP platforms.
• Evaluate user behavior to create tailored strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional experts.
• 5–6 years of experience in CRM/email marketing strategy within the eCommerce sector.
• Solid understanding of CRM and eCommerce best practices.
• Capability to analyze customer journeys and pinpoint opportunities.
• Proficient with tools like Bloomreach Engagement, Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, and BigCommerce.
• Experience working in an agile environment, including Scrum methodologies.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a plus.
