This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Formulate strategies aimed at enhancing customer acquisition and retention.
• Develop comprehensive CRM and loyalty roadmaps.
• Optimize customer engagement through customized CRM initiatives.
• Aid in the selection of suitable CRM and CDP platforms.
• Examine user behavior to create personalized strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional specialists.
• 5–6 years of experience in CRM/email marketing strategy specifically for eCommerce.
• Solid understanding of CRM and eCommerce best practices.
• Capability to analyze customer journeys and pinpoint opportunities.
• Proficiency in tools like Bloomreach Engagement, Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms including Magento, Shopify, and BigCommerce.
• Ability to thrive in an agile environment, including Scrum methodologies.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a plus.
