• **Main Responsibilities:**
• - Oversee the formulation and implementation of CRM strategies aimed at enhancing customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
• - Create and refine personalized customer lifecycle journeys across various touchpoints.
• - Leverage data-driven insights to improve customer communication and automate marketing workflows.
• **A Day In Your Life:**
• - Formulate and implement CRM strategies to facilitate customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts across multiple channels (WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, etc.).
• - Create and enhance customer journeys at different stages, ensuring personalized experiences tailored to user behavior and segmentation.
• - Collaborate closely with the marketing and data teams to develop meaningful customer segments for targeted communication.
• - Establish marketing automation workflows to provide timely, relevant, and personalized messaging to users.
• - Consistently monitor and report on CRM and lifecycle campaign performance, identifying areas for enhancement to boost engagement and retention.
• - Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to synchronize CRM initiatives with wider business objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• - Utilize our CRM platform (HubSpot) to manage customer data, monitor interactions, and support lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• **You’re the CRM & Lifecycle Specialist we’re looking for if you have:**
• - Demonstrated experience in CRM management and lifecycle marketing, ideally within the EdTech or SaaS sectors.
• - Proficient in CRM systems such as HubSpot, with a robust understanding of marketing automation and campaign management.
• - Advanced expertise in customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
• - Strong analytical skills and reporting capabilities to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-informed enhancements.
• - Excellent communication and collaborative skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
• - Experience with direct communication tactics such as WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications.
