This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Spearhead the functional design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across the Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
• Take ownership of the analysis, solution design, and validation stages of CRM projects, ensuring alignment with the client’s business objectives.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into scalable D365 functional solutions.
• Facilitate and lead application design workshops, solution reviews, and decision-making sessions.
• Provide functional governance throughout engagements, ensuring designs comply with platform best practices and business requirements.
• Supervise CRM configuration and customization, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules.
• Work in conjunction with technical teams on integrations, data migration strategies, and overall solution delivery.
• Ensure project documentation is created, reviewed, and maintained according to delivery standards.
• Support Agile delivery execution, adjusting plans based on evolving priorities and program needs.
• Over 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, customization, and functional delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in leading at least one end-to-end D365 CRM implementation with functional ownership.
• Significant experience in client-facing consulting or enterprise delivery roles.
• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching, and developing capabilities within teams.
• A degree in BE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA or equivalent, along with relevant industry experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional certification is preferred.
