This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and implement visually appealing, high-impact email campaigns encompassing newsletters, sales sequences, lead nurturing journeys, and operational communications.
• Create professional, brand-aligned email layouts and content designed for maximum engagement and conversion.
• Craft and enhance persuasive email copy that aligns with brand tone and messaging.
• Ensure all communications are precise, thoroughly proofread, and uphold high standards of quality.
• Construct, manage, and optimize email automation workflows in ClickDimensions to facilitate nurture journeys, onboarding processes, sales sequences, and re-engagement initiatives.
• Apply best practices in segmentation, personalization, and journey logic.
• Assist in planning and executing the email communications calendar.
• Collaborate with data, web, creative, and marketing teams to ensure communications are aligned and timely.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Leverage insights to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness and engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in a CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation position (preferably B2B).
• Practical experience with ClickDimensions and MS Dynamics (or equivalent CRM platforms).
• Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and deliverability.
• Experience in constructing email campaigns, automation workflows, and CRM-integrated forms.
• Strong design skills with the ability to produce visually attractive email communications.
• Proficient in tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Illustrator (a portfolio of email work is preferred).
• Confident writing skills for email and short-form marketing content.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
