CRM Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and tailor Model-Driven Applications and Dataverse-based solutions.

• Create server-side components, encompassing plugins, integrations, and APIs utilizing C#/.NET.

• Execute client-side customizations through JavaScript, form scripting, and PCF controls.

• Design and construct data integrations employing REST APIs, ETL processes, and Dataflows.

• Oversee the solution lifecycle utilizing Git-based source control and CI/CD methodologies.

• Diagnose and resolve production issues through comprehensive root cause analysis.

• Collaborate in a multi-developer team setting using a shared codebase.

• Generate and sustain technical documentation and deployment guides.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7 years of practical development experience with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.

• 6 years of experience in building Model-Driven Applications.

• 6 years of experience with Dataverse, including tables, relationships, and the security model.

• 6 years of experience in C# plugin development or server-side extensions.

• 6 years of experience in JavaScript customization within Dynamics 365 / Power Apps.

• 6 years of experience with integration using REST APIs.

• 6 years of experience using Git in a collaborative environment, including feature branching, pull requests, and merge/conflict resolution.

• 6 years of experience working within a multi-developer setting with a shared codebase.

• 2 years of experience in developing PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls (preferred).

• 2 years of experience with Power BI integration (preferred).

• 2 years of experience with Power Pages development and configuration (preferred).

• 2 years of experience with Power Platform Dataflows for ETL / data ingestion (preferred).

• 2 years of experience in government or public sector environments, TEA experience preferred (preferred).
