This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Reach out to new leads generated from online marketing initiatives to present services and secure appointments.
• Proactively schedule clients for clinic appointments in a friendly, professional, and sales-oriented manner.
• Follow up on incomplete bookings and general client inquiries through phone and email.
• Reengage and reactivate dormant or inactive clients from the CRM database.
• Identify current clients with unused treatments or upcoming rebooking chances.
• Handle appointment confirmations, reminder calls, and daily schedule adjustments.
• Execute proactive follow-ups for client no-shows and manage quick rescheduling.
• Keep exceptionally accurate CRM records, updating client files and communication histories.
• Organize daily follow-up lists and efficiently manage action scheduling tasks.
• Provide timely updates and pipeline reports to management regarding booking results.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a clear, professional phone demeanor.
• Demonstrated experience in a call center, appointment setting, or phone-based sales administration role.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a natural talent for engaging customers and addressing objections.
• Highly organized with a strong focus on detail and data accuracy.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in managing CRM systems and appointment scheduling tools.
• Ability to multitask, handle busy follow-up workflows, and work independently.
• Availability for part-time hours (20 hours per week) aligned with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours.
• Reliable home office setup including an i5/Ryzen 5 processor (or higher), 8GB RAM, dual monitors, a noise-cancelling headset, and a stable internet connection with a backup option.
• Nice-to-Have Skills
• Prior experience in the medispa, beauty, wellness, or luxury retail sectors.
• Direct experience supporting Australian clients, businesses, or local consumer markets.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or the Microsoft Office suite.
