This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the design and setup of our CRM platform to align with our internal sales, pre-sales, and delivery processes.
• Create custom objects, fields, pipelines, and automation rules that mirror our team's operations.
• Develop dashboards and reports that provide leadership with real-time insights into revenue, pipeline status, and client engagement.
• Document existing internal workflows and pinpoint areas where the CRM can minimize manual tasks or enhance data quality.
• Automate repetitive tasks to allow consultants and sales personnel to focus on their core responsibilities.
• Facilitate needs analysis discussions with each internal team to uncover requirements and prioritize items on the roadmap.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all CRM-related inquiries, issues, and requests for enhancements.
• Create role-specific training materials and conduct onboarding workshops for all internal users.
• Establish and enforce standards for data entry, naming conventions, and data hygiene processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• CRM certification (Creatio preferred; Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent also considered).
• At least 3+ years (preferably 5–7 years) of practical experience in CRM administration, implementation, RevOps, or business systems.
• Strong expertise in business process mapping and workflow automation.
• Proficient in CRM reporting, dashboard design, and analytics.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and CRM architecture.
• Experience in prioritizing enhancement roadmaps and managing an internal CRM backlog.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations, APIs, and related business systems.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and convert them into CRM configurations.
• Experience managing a CRM product from inception to adoption.
