CRM Automation, Growth Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategic enhancement of our CRM and sales operations framework

• Creation and management of an adaptable CRM roadmap

• Assessment, refinement, and automation of current sales workflows

• Development of high-efficiency CRM workflows and integrations

• Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators such as conversion rates, pipeline effectiveness, and customer value

• Implementing a streamlined reporting and data organization

• Close collaboration with the founder, marketing, sales, and funnel teams

• Discovering new opportunities for efficiency and growth

• In the medium to long term: assembling and overseeing a small operations team

• Directly reporting to executive management

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations

• Demonstrated expertise in building or enhancing CRM processes

• Comprehensive understanding of customer journeys and sales methodologies

• Strategic mindset paired with a proactive approach

• Strong analytical capabilities and a data-centric perspective

• Familiarity with CRM, automation, and reporting software

• Entrepreneurial spirit, accountability, and effective communication skills

• Proficient in German and highly competent in English
