CRM and Digital Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Execute marketing campaigns effectively.

• Design and implement email marketing campaigns and workflows.

• Oversee segmentation and management of campaign lists.

• Coordinate the content for campaigns and landing pages.

• Ensure proper configuration of campaign tracking and UTM parameters.

• Handle marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM).

• Manage HubSpot workflows, forms, and automation processes.

• Maintain the integrity and structure of CRM data.

• Oversee lifecycle stages and lead routing processes.

• Keep marketing contact records current.

• Analyze marketing data and prepare reports.

• Monitor campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards.

• Track funnel conversion metrics consistently.

• Ensure accurate marketing attribution.

• Manage data and contacts efficiently.

• Enrich contacts and company information using ZoomInfo.

• Uphold data quality through regular audits and clean-up efforts.

• Assist in creating and segmenting account-based marketing (ABM) lists.

• Provide strategic support as an operational marketing partner to the Revenue Director.

• Aid in marketing experiments and optimizations.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of marketing systems and processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, CRM management, or a related field.

• Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.

• Solid understanding of CRM systems and marketing data.

• Experience in creating email workflows and marketing campaigns.

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential; functional English is required based on the nature of our activities and clientele.

• Strong skills in Excel and spreadsheet management.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

• Experience with ZoomInfo or similar data enrichment tools is a plus.

• Knowledge of UTM tracking and marketing attribution is advantageous.

• Familiarity with B2B marketing funnels is a plus.
