📋 Description

• Act as the subject-matter expert for CRM and HubSpot, ensuring optimal utilization of the platform.

• Design and oversee CRM pipelines aimed at portfolio management and strategies for product expansion.

• Plan, implement, and enhance automation strategies.

• Analyze results and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Develop and refine CRM playbooks.

• Ensure data governance and integrity within the CRM.

• Generate and deliver performance reports to stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with other teams to foster alignment and synergies.

• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, including automations, segmentation, and data management.

• Experience in crafting and sustaining sales or customer success pipelines.

• Background in developing communication workflows and automation strategies.

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, tracking metrics, and deriving insights.

• Experience in creating reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.

• Familiarity with tool integrations (linking CRM with other ecosystem platforms).

• History of working cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, or Product.
