CRM Analyst I – Fixed-Term, 6 Months

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Set up and manage email and SMS communication journeys with a focus on international operations.

• Modify, format, and create HTML email assets to guarantee proper email display.

• Transform strategic communication-cycle planning into actionable daily tasks.

• Implement CRM best practices and recommend ongoing enhancements for the Salesforce platform usage.

• Work closely with other analysts to obtain guidance and ensure alignment in delivery.

• Proficient in CRM tools with hands-on experience in CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Strong knowledge of HTML for email marketing, including layout and formatting skills.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to sudden changes in priorities and dynamic situations.

• Exceptional communication and active listening abilities, along with a collaborative approach.

• Capacity to act swiftly, with a sense of urgency and a keen focus on operational quality.
