CRM Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a CRM Analyst for an Insider initiative with a prominent e-commerce market leader;

• Design and execute the client's CRM communication strategy;

• Manage the Insider CRM platform utilizing Email, Push, SMS, and WhatsApp channels;

• Develop and modify responsive HTML email templates;

• Create and oversee segments and mailing lists for distribution based on the data available in the CRM platform;

• Generate and schedule one-time Email, Push, SMS, and WhatsApp communications;

• Establish and sustain automated communication workflows/journeys/flows;

• Evaluate campaign performance and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs);

• Deliver strategic guidance to the client to pinpoint areas for adjustment and enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with CRM platforms, ideally Insider;

• Proficiency in HTML for email design;

• Familiarity with Google Analytics;

• Knowledge of Google tools (Sheets, Slides, and Docs);

• Experience in analyzing CRM campaign outcomes: capable of assessing operational KPIs such as delivery, open, and click rates, as well as financial metrics like conversion rates and goal achievement;

• Background in Inbound campaigns and communication journeys (automated Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp flows);

• Familiarity with the Insider platform;

• Understanding of at least one programming language;

• Proficient or advanced English skills (capable of reading, writing, speaking, and listening);

• Certifications in CRM platforms.
