This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee service booking inquiries across various platforms.
• Organize and manage service bookings within the CRM system.
• Accurately maintain and update customer profiles and records.
• Address customer inquiries in a professional and timely fashion.
• Execute post-service follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction and experience.
• Carry out general administrative tasks to support the service department.
• Provide reception coverage as needed.
• Support with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
• Strong administrative abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and multitasking skills.
• Current Driver's License.
• Certificate or qualification in Administration or a related field.
• Prior experience in an automotive dealership setting (preferred).
• Experience in managing customer bookings and CRM systems (preferred).
