This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manages daily operational tasks associated with critical incident management services, ensuring continuous monitoring and coordination 24/7 throughout the year.
• Conducts real-time monitoring, incident declaration, severity assessment in accordance with established SOPs, and initiates and manages incident bridges while notifying stakeholders during the entire incident lifecycle.
• Facilitates restoration efforts among technical teams, vendors, and federal stakeholders while keeping situational awareness of enterprise conditions intact.
• Ensures precise and prompt documentation, standardized tracking and reporting in authorized systems, execution of escalation protocols, and direct assistance in root-cause analysis and post-incident evaluations.
• Supports the ongoing enhancement of incident criteria, identifies recurring and systemic issues, and actively addresses significant technical shortcomings.
• 4-7 years of pertinent experience.
• An associate's degree in a computer-related discipline.
