This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Deliver consecutive interpretation services remotely via Over-The-Phone.

• Provide Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services through video calls.

• Facilitate communication between patients and their doctors.

• Assist families in securing loans from banks.

• Exhibit outstanding customer service skills.

• Convey all information in a clear and precise manner.

• Comply with all work requirements.

• Prepare adequately for practice sessions with seasoned interpreters.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.

• Experience working from home.

• Professional proficiency in English and French, encompassing speaking, listening, and reading skills at an above-average level.

• Capability to pass a language assessment.

• Experience in bilingual customer service.

• Necessary work tools to operate from home.
