Credit Repair Consultant, Spanish Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Assist with client consultations, follow-up on leads, onboarding processes, and customer support tasks.

• Perform phone and virtual consultations with both potential and existing clients.

• Analyze and discuss client credit reports at a broad level.

• Clearly and professionally articulate the credit repair process and the services offered.

• Effectively communicate with clients to address any questions or concerns.

• Follow up with warm leads and cultivate prospects throughout the sales journey.

• Help with outbound lead follow-up initiatives.

• Provide support to the internal sales team regarding scheduling and communication.

• Engage in cold lead outreach during downtime through phone calls, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other designated outreach methods.

• Keep precise client records within the CRM system.

• Update account information and accurately document interactions.

• Assist in onboarding and account setup procedures.

• Support daily administrative workflows related to managing clients.

• Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to enhance client success.

• Highly organized and attentive to detail.

• Comfortable juggling customer service and sales support tasks.

• Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Driven by performance goals and client outcomes.

• Prior experience in phone sales, telemarketing, customer service, or virtual support roles.

• Proficient in verbal and written English communication.

• Experienced with both inbound and outbound phone communication.

• Familiarity with CRM systems.

• Ability to stay organized and adhere to structured workflows.

• Credit repair experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive client information with professionalism.
