Credit Recovery Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist attorneys in executing tasks related to credit recovery.

• Generate reports and manage email correspondence.

• Maintain and update spreadsheets, systems, and internal controls.

• Aid in the preparation and organization of legal documents and case details.

• Support negotiations pertaining to credit recovery.

• Reach out to clients when needed.

• Assist in analyzing and organizing information to track cases.

• Utilize Generative Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance departmental functions.

• Carry out additional administrative and operational responsibilities related to credit recovery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education:

• - Position available for law students in their 4th or 5th year, or those pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (applicants must not have OAB registration - required).

• Tools and knowledge:

• - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• - Familiarity with Python is advantageous.

• - Knowledge of cloud solutions is beneficial.

• - Experience with Generative AI tools.

• - Proficiency in Canva is a plus.

• - Experience with legal or management systems.

• - Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• - Proactive attitude with a strong sense of priorities.

• - Capacity to handle large volumes of information.

• - Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail.
