Credit Control Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Ensure that strong controls are established throughout the credit control processes to minimize risks, obtaining necessary risk acceptance and governance approvals as required.

• Recognize and report any irregularities, exceptions, and key risk indicators to the appropriate stakeholders and authorities, facilitating prompt intervention and corrective measures.

• Create, sustain, and periodically review Standard Operating Procedures to guarantee they are up-to-date, effective, and in line with regulatory and business standards, while ensuring the team is well-trained to carry out their duties reliably and efficiently.

• Lead ongoing improvements in processes, systems, and automation initiatives to enhance controls, boost operational efficiency, support scalability, and promote greater collaboration among stakeholders.
