Credit & Collections Representative

📋 Description

• Accountable for minimizing delinquency on designated accounts

• Reach out to customers concerning their payment status

• Handle incoming calls from customers

• Collaborate with customers and profit centers to resolve disputed invoices

• Interact with general contractors for specific projects and arrange joint checks

• Send Certificates of Insurance and Tax Certificates to the relevant departments

• Update and revise customer maintenance details

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• In-depth knowledge of fair debt and collection practices

• Some experience with computerized accounting systems
