📋 Description

• Evaluate overdue accounts and engage with commercial clients to establish a suitable payment arrangement/program.

• Adhere to relevant national credit and collection policies and regulations.

• Manage multiple tools and systems simultaneously to address customer situations.

• Clarify billing cycles and procedures to ensure customer comprehension.

• Process secure payments from customers and set up payment plans.

• Operate in a dynamic, structured, high-volume transaction environment.

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during customer interactions.

• Serve as a product expert, clearly communicating product features.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED (Required).

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.

• Previous experience in a remote work setting is preferred.

• Must possess a flexible schedule to work Monday - Friday at any time between 8am-8pm EST.
