Credit Assistant – Dation in Payment and Judicial Recovery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in both extrajudicial and judicial recovery of credit operations backed by real estate;

• Review documentation associated with properties serving as collateral in credit transactions;

• Analyze and oversee Judicial Recovery, Extrajudicial Recovery, and Bankruptcy processes;

• Assess private agreements and public deeds regarding the transfer or alienation of real estate;

• Examine certificates pertinent to mortgage-backed credit;

• Evaluate property appraisal reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise and background in Corporate Law and Judicial Recovery of companies;

• Familiarity with real estate matters (property registration, creation and cancellation of encumbrances/charges, various annotations, ITBI (property transfer tax), IPTU (property tax), etc.);

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

• Strong capability to research and analyze regulatory and official documents;

• Degree in Law or a related field, either completed or currently in progress.

• Preferred

• Active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
