This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Adhere to departmental protocols to gather data necessary for the verification and assessment of medical staff credentials.
β’ Secure primary source verification of professional credentials for applicants seeking medical staff positions, in line with departmental guidelines.
β’ Compile data and prepare reappointment files for medical staff, ensuring they are ready for presentation to various committees and physicians.
β’ Uphold the confidentiality of highly sensitive information related to practitioners.
β’ Ensure the credentials software system holds accurate, complete, and timely information.
β’ Aid in the management of systems designed to monitor expiring documents.
β’ Support the preparation and revision of all necessary documentation.
β’ Exercise discretion when generating reports and disseminating information that is highly sensitive to practitioners.
β’ Address inquiries concerning the status of pending applications.
β’ Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ An Associate Degree is required.
β’ A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is necessary.
