Credentialing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collect necessary enrollment documents from new clients

• Assist with the completion of enrollment forms

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information is maintained using spreadsheets and/or online databases

• Serve as the in-house resource for general inquiries regarding clients' enrollment details

• Identify and communicate issues to the relevant departments and management

• Develop and enhance working relationships with insurance company enrollment personnel

• Uphold the confidentiality of client information by following established regulations

• Adhere to team and/or client procedures, policies, and methodologies

• Notify clients about new regulations, expiring certificates, reapplications, and enrollment requirement deficiencies

• Conduct presentations and participate in occasional client interactions as necessary

• Perform additional related tasks as required or assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in credentialing within a BPO is preferred but not mandatory

• Familiarity with and/or experience in the US Healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory

• Proficient in both verbal and written English

• Skilled in MS Word, MS Excel, and navigating Windows file systems

• Detail-oriented

• Willingness to work night shifts or varying schedules

• Capable of working from home with a stable internet connection
