This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Directly report to the RCM Manager, ensuring that all credentialing activities are closely aligned with billing and revenue cycle requirements.
β’ Oversee the complete credentialing and re-credentialing process within Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance networks.
β’ Perform primary source verification and maintain credentialing databases with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
β’ Collaborate with licensing boards, payers, and internal teams to process applications and address inquiries.
β’ Assist with backend documentation and privileging processes for onboarding new providers to guarantee a smooth transition.
β’ Ensure rigorous compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations as well as accreditation standards.
β’ Identify and assist the RCM team in resolving credentialing discrepancies, producing reports and optimizing administrative workflows during the pilot phase.
β’ Reside in the Philippines with a dependable remote work setup, including a quiet workspace and a high-speed internet connection.
β’ Capability to work autonomously in a behind-the-scenes role, concentrating on execution, data integrity, and compliance without close supervision.
β’ Prior experience with US healthcare credentialing processes, particularly primary source verification and payer enrollment, is highly desired.
β’ Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and credentialing or CRM systems.
β’ Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple documentation workflows concurrently.
β’ Excellent written English communication skills for effective collaboration with US-based teams and external stakeholders.
β’ Hourly rate: $5β$7/hour based on experience.
β’ Full-time schedule (40 hours per week).
β’ 100% Remote β work from anywhere in the Philippines.
