This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Take ownership of the provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes from start to finish, ensuring that all submissions are thorough, precise, and timely.
• Keep provider records up-to-date across licensing boards, payers, and regulatory bodies with careful version control.
• Prepare, review, and submit credentialing applications along with supporting documents, maintaining an almost zero error rate.
• Actively follow up with insurance companies, hospitals, and clinics to ensure credentialing timelines are adhered to.
• Engage in professional communication with doctors, staff, and patients to collect and verify sensitive information.
• Monitor credentialing status in online platforms and internal tracking systems, identifying risks early and documenting actions clearly.
• Provide high-accuracy administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, document organization, and file management.
• Uphold confidentiality at all times and manage patient/provider information with care and discretion.
• Excellent command of English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong computer skills and comfort with online portals, databases, and document workflows, emphasizing high accuracy.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a consistent methodology in process-driven tasks.
• Professional and self-assured communication style when interacting with medical personnel and providers.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting, effectively managing priorities without constant supervision.
• Availability for full-time work during U.S. Pacific Time hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST.
• High reliability and a long-term commitment, as training is extensive and responsibilities are vital.

• Previous experience in medical credentialing or a background in healthcare administration.
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare providers, payer systems, hospitals, or clinics.
• Knowledge of EMR platforms and/or healthcare documentation standards.
