This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage incoming calls and chats regarding toxic exposures, poisonings, and general inquiries related to pet care.
• Assess cases; deliver precise medical, health, and safety information while documenting records in an electronic database.
• Valid CVT/LVT/RVT license with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital; must maintain active licensure throughout employment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient keyboarding and computer skills (including Microsoft Office and common software applications).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; professional, empathetic, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Keen attention to detail and accurate data entry; capable of multitasking while ensuring quality.
• Proficient in mathematics: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide across all units of measure, including fractions, decimals, ratios, and percentages.
• Capable of gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing complex or varied information.
• Ability to follow and implement instructions presented in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to the well-being of callers.
• Ability to uphold the confidentiality of client, product, and company information.
