Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee influencer portfolios while assisting creators in enhancing their platform visibility and securing brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard new creators, concentrating on both emerging and established influencers.

• Establish and maintain partnerships with brands and agencies to book talent for various campaigns.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Formulate content strategies tailored for clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and expand Grail’s roster of talent.

• Manage creator careers, audience development, and content monetization.

• Operate independently and remotely in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of major social media platforms including TikTok and Instagram.

• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to work independently and pursue your own objectives.

• Strong motivation and determination to accomplish tasks.

• Previous experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies is advantageous.
