Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand influencer portfolios while assisting creators in enhancing their platform visibility.

• Secure brand partnerships for creators.

• Identify and onboard new creators, including both emerging and established influencers.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies.

• Engage top talent for various campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams on strategies and the growth of Grail’s talent roster.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Create content strategies tailored for clients.

• Operate independently and remotely within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of major social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• A dedicated work ethic to accomplish tasks effectively.

• Capability to work independently and pursue your own objectives.

• Previous experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies is advantageous.

• Must be among the top managers available in Portugal.
