This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify and engage with creators (including videographers, lawn transformation specialists, and UGC creators).
• Evaluate creators based on the quality of their content, audience compatibility, and alignment with the brand.
• Develop a systematic onboarding procedure (including briefs, expectations, payment terms, and timelines).
• Goal: establish a roster of **8–10 recurring creators**.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all creators.
• Maintain consistent and strong communication.
• Ensure creators feel appreciated and motivated.
• Negotiate compensation and oversee payments within budget constraints.
• Obtain proper **content usage rights in advance**.
• Compose clear and actionable content briefs.
• Connect creators with editors and creative teams.
• Ensure creators capture the necessary raw footage.
• Keep a content calendar to guarantee a steady output.
• Generate innovative, performance-oriented content ideas on a weekly basis.
• Recognize trends (such as short-form videos, transformations, before/after content, etc.).
• Analyze competitor and creator content.
• Quickly propose and implement successful formats.
• Align creator outputs with promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Coordinate timelines to ensure content is available when required.
• Identify high-performing creators for long-term collaborations.
• Begin establishing affiliate structures (including tracking, tiers, and incentives).
• Lay the foundation for scalable monetization of creator content.
• Maintain a record of all produced content.
• Monitor performance and discern winning content trends.
• Develop SOPs to facilitate scalability.
• Gradually construct a creator-led content ecosystem.
• Empower creators to produce content that is ready for posting.
• Manage the system rather than executing all tasks personally.
• 3–5+ years of experience in creator management, UGC, influencer marketing, or content strategy.
• Strong background in **DTC / e-commerce environments**.
• Proven capability to manage multiple creators and content workflows.
• Experience in briefing creators for **high-impact short-form content**.
• Strong grasp of content performance metrics and creative strategy.
• Sharp **visual instinct** — understands what captures attention.
• Ability to translate concepts into clear creative guidance.
• Thinks like a **creative strategist**, not merely a coordinator.
• Ability to recognize and adapt **viral content trends**.
• Highly organized (managing multiple creators, timelines, and deliverables).
• Strong communicator and adept at building relationships.
