This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Expand TikTok Shop by leveraging creators, affiliates, and content without being operations-heavy.

• Establish and oversee a creator and affiliate engine, including sourcing, onboarding, and scaling performers.

• Create and implement effective creative strategies that yield high conversion rates (UGC, hooks, testing loops).

• Manage and enhance organic social media presence on TikTok and Instagram through consistent, performance-focused content.

• Collaborate on paid social media initiatives (Meta, TikTok) by providing successful creatives and scaling effective strategies.

• Define, monitor, and optimize core KPIs such as revenue, CAC, MER, and ROAS.

• Set up and manage structured testing systems for creatives and offers.

• Work with internal teams to ensure alignment in growth across various channels.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance research, content creation, and workflows.

• Identify and implement new growth opportunities across direct-to-consumer (DTC) and social media channels.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in DTC growth, performance marketing, or brand development.

• Proven success in scaling at least one acquisition channel with a measurable impact on revenue.

• Practical experience with TikTok and Instagram, whether through organic, paid, or TikTok Shop channels.

• Solid understanding of key metrics such as CAC, MER, ROAS, and contribution margin.

• Experience in managing creator and affiliate partnerships.

• Capability to design and implement creative testing frameworks (UGC, hooks, iterations).

• Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong decision-making abilities.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
