This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Research the internet and databases to compile hyper-targeted prospect lists consisting of over 100 qualified leads each week.
• Create and dispatch personalized cold emails utilizing tools such as Hunter.io or Apollo for verification and scaling purposes.
• Establish and oversee affiliate programs: recruit partners, negotiate agreements, monitor commissions, and optimize for ROI using straightforward dashboards.
• Qualify leads within HubSpot or a similar CRM, nurturing them through automated sequences.
• Analyze campaign data on a weekly basis; monitor metrics such as reply rates, conversion funnels, and CPL to enhance strategies and achieve ambitious targets.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in B2B lead generation or outreach.
• Extensive knowledge of email deliverability, A/B testing sequences, and evading spam filters.
• Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch on LinkedIn using advanced search and messaging techniques.
• Practical experience in affiliate marketing, including recruiting affiliates, managing programs on various platforms, and generating partner-led revenue.
• Proficient in web research, adept at extracting insights from company websites, Crunchbase, or forums to personalize outreach on a large scale.
• Mastery of tools such as Apollo, Hunter, Lemlist, HubSpot, and Google Sheets/Excel for reporting; comfortable with basic automation (Zapier).
• Startup mentality: a self-starter who experiments quickly, takes ownership of outcomes, and communicates successes effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy with a strong analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Capable of working effectively and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work US hours or graveyard shifts.
