This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Take ownership of the creative strategy for TikTok as a key growth channel, focusing on unlocking customer acquisition and conversion through content designed for the platform.
• Create concepts for organic TikTok, paid advertising, and TikTok Shop that promote both brand awareness and revenue growth.
• Transform channel insights into scalable creative frameworks applicable across various products and campaigns.
• Analyze TikTok trends, competitor activities, creator formats, comment sections, consumer behaviors, and storytelling techniques native to the platform.
• Utilize TikTok feeds, creator ecosystems, ad libraries, social listening, and other research tools to pinpoint emerging opportunities.
• Summarize insights into actionable creative strategies, hooks, scripts, and briefs that resonate with our target audience and align with business objectives.
• Establish and continuously improve a testing pipeline for TikTok creative, encompassing hooks, formats, concepts, offers, creator styles, and messaging approaches.
• Collaborate with internal teams and creators to swiftly launch, assess, and refine new concepts.
• Create TikTok content tailored to various stages of the customer journey, from initial awareness and discovery to conversion and purchase intent.
• Develop concepts that maintain authenticity to the platform while achieving clear performance metrics.
• Recognize trends, creator behaviors, editing styles, and storytelling techniques that can be adapted into effective branded content.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to create content that enhances TikTok Shop performance, including product storytelling, offer communication, social proof, and conversion-driven material.
• Identify content and funnel obstacles unique to TikTok traffic and user interactions.
• Over 5 years of experience in DTC creative strategy, performance-driven content, or growth-oriented development.
• A robust portfolio that highlights short-form content, direct response creative thinking, and a clear understanding of what drives performance in-feed.
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok as a platform, including content trends, creator dynamics, best practices for paid creative, and shopping behaviors.
• Proven experience in developing concepts for both organic and paid social media, with an instinct for platform-native storytelling.
• Strong understanding of creative testing methodologies, including evaluating and refining hooks, formats, messaging, and visual presentation.
• Ability to connect brand, content, and performance thinking — producing work that is engaging, culturally relevant, and conversion-focused.
• A keen interest in psychology, storytelling, video, design, and consumer behavior that translates into effective customer-centric creatives.
• Proactive involvement with emerging trends, creators, platform updates, and best practices within TikTok and the broader DTC creative landscape.
