This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Prioritize impactful creative work over requests driven by the calendar.
• Assertively decline low-value tasks (even those proposed by leadership).
• Concentrate on evergreen creative that can be scaled, rather than solely filling the content calendar.
• Analyze which creative initiatives will effectively enhance customer acquisition.
• Convert data into innovative hooks, angles, and concepts that boost performance.
• Connect successful advertising strategies with the overarching business goals.
• Engage deeply with content across the entire industry, not limited to competitor analysis.
• Develop systems to continually enhance understanding of customer needs.
• Utilize the products being sold (one strategist I heard about tests the product every Monday).
• Stay attuned to cultural trends and movements, not just data metrics.
• Utilize AI tools for research, copywriting, and ideation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a DTC environment.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with paid media platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
• A portfolio showcasing conversion-driven UGC scripts and advertising concepts.
• Data-oriented: capable of transforming creative performance insights into actionable hypotheses.
• Proficient in using Meta Ads Manager, Ads Libraries, and creative research tools.
• Fully remote contractor position.
