This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will serve as the creative cornerstone of our performance campaigns, collaborating closely with our performance team that establishes strategic direction.
• Your role involves translating that strategy into tangible ideas, copy, scripts, and creative briefs, transforming numbers into compelling winning creatives.
• You will convert strategic guidelines from the performance team into effective creative outputs.
• Your responsibilities include researching trends, target demographics, and competitors (e.g., utilizing Ad Library, TikTok, ChatGPT).
• You are expected to write engaging copy, hooks, and narratives that enhance clicks and conversions.
• You will create scripts and briefs for creators, editors, and, if relevant, founders.
• Close collaboration with media buyers and editors is essential, as you will provide feedback, prioritize assets, and maintain oversight.
• You will assess creatives based on clear KPIs (hook rate, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
• You will organize creative tests (e.g., leveraging a testing matrix, awareness stages) and extract valuable insights.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably from an agency or in-house team within a D2C brand.
• Strong copywriting abilities that drive sales — you excel at crafting compelling hooks, headlines, and ad copy that boost clicks and conversions.
• Creative and strategic mindset — you can identify patterns in creatives, understand audience psychology, and derive insightful conclusions from data.
• Familiarity with awareness stages — you design creatives that are in sync with customer awareness and funnel stages.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager (bonus: experience with TikTok, Google, YouTube).
• Basic understanding of creative production — while operating a camera isn't required, you possess the knowledge to translate your ideas into high-performing videos.
• Comfortable with various tools — adept with ChatGPT, ad libraries, Canva, Creative Cloud, and optionally Premiere Pro.
• A team-oriented individual who takes initiative — you actively contribute, embrace responsibility, and collaborate closely with design, video, and performance teams.
• Engage in strategic responsibilities rather than mere execution — you will contribute ideas and help shape the direction.
• Work closely with founders — benefit from short decision-making paths, rapid decisions, and meaningful exchanges.
