This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• You will take charge of the strategic vision for performance creative across our e-commerce brands.
• Your work will span products in visually-oriented consumer categories, where compelling hooks, clear offer communication, and customer insights directly affect revenue outcomes.
• You will create effective creative briefs for both video and static advertisements.
• You will enhance hooks, angles, concepts, and messaging that are centered around offers.
• You will conduct in-depth research on our target audience to ensure that the creative resonates in the customers' authentic language.
• You will uncover new target audiences, angle opportunities, and innovative ways to present offers.
• You will continuously produce content that can be directly utilized in the brands’ creative efforts, including video content featuring the products, UGC-style concepts, hooks, scripts, talking points, references, and raw content that editors can transform into impactful ads.
• You will assist in shaping not only the brief but also the actual content materials that feed into the creative workflow.
• You will collaborate closely with video editors and static designers to ensure that briefs are accurately executed and that the final creative aligns with the overall strategy.
• You will assess output, refine direction, and advocate for stronger commercial insights throughout each phase of production.
• You will coordinate with UGC creators as necessary, which includes managing product shipments and content requests to generate more usable raw materials.
• You have substantial experience in performance creative, creative strategy, or a similar role where your contributions have impacted revenue.
• You possess the ability to create clear, commercially viable briefs that provide editors, designers, and creators with the necessary direction.
• You excel in customer and market research, adept at extracting genuine pains, desires, objections, and language patterns from a target audience.
• You can generate compelling hooks, angles, concepts, and messaging strategies based on research, offer strength, and consumer psychology.
• You are capable of producing strategic content inputs on your own, rather than solely directing others from afar.
• You are comfortable creating video content with products when necessary to provide the team with improved raw material.
• You work well with execution teams to guarantee that the final creative meets expectations.
• You have a solid understanding of paid social creative, particularly Meta ads.
• You are proactive, efficient, sharp, and thrive in a direct, high-performance setting.

• Experience in beauty, skincare, haircare, fragrance, or other visual consumer segments.
• Experience in directing or coordinating UGC creators.
• Strong copy instincts with the capability to write hooks, scripts, or ad concepts independently.
• Experience across various brands, offers, or audience segments.
• Familiarity with landing pages, sales funnels, or offer strategy beyond just ad creatives.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their potential applications. (Higgsfield, Freepik, ...)
