Creative Strategist, Copywriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• In-depth audience research: You explore target audiences, analyze their triggers, and create effective ad angles.

• Strategy and testing processes: You determine which formats, hooks, and offers to experiment with — be it a fake podcast, user-generated content, or meme-style approaches.

• Scriptwriting that drives conversions: Direct-response copywriting is your primary focus. You craft scripts for TikTok and Meta ads that not only attract clicks but also generate revenue.

• Collaboration with editors: You offer feedback on edits and ensure that the ads align with your vision.

• Analysis and optimization: You review results, identify successful elements, and scale them accordingly.

• Trend and format experimentation: You stay informed about new trends and contribute innovative ideas that make a significant impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in creative strategy for Meta and TikTok ads, either at an agency or within an e-commerce brand (or you possess an exceptional portfolio that showcases your talent).

• Proficient in direct-response copywriting — creating scripts that drive sales is second nature to you.

• A blend of creativity and performance orientation — you enjoy testing novel ideas while consistently considering ROI.

• Self-motivation and ambition — you thrive without constant supervision, eager to take initiative and enhance your work.
