This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversees the creative strategy for paid social media across 8-10 clients.

• Utilizes data insights alongside consumer and brand research to craft high-performing creative assets.

• Works collaboratively with team members from various internal departments and roles.

• Maintains ongoing client communication and manages client sentiment.

• Committed to iterating and brainstorming to meet established performance objectives.

• Establishes rapport with clients to foster open dialogue, including comprehending client products and goals, as well as clarifying Power Digital processes.

• Conducts research on client brands, competitors, and industry trends, effectively applying performance creative best practices relevant to each platform.

• Regularly audits accounts to identify successful ads, present data to clients, and formulate hypotheses and testing strategies through monthly roadmaps.

• Composes strategic, consumer-focused direct response copy and messaging strategies.

• Coordinates requests and production outputs with the team via Asana.

• Reviews video and image assets, providing clear and actionable feedback to editors.

• Facilitates productive internal creative team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

• Acts as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all creative strategy matters, collaborating with the client management team.

• Understands the scope of requested edits, reshoots, and additional deliverables.

• Advocates for clients on issues of timelines, scope, feedback, and direction to enhance performance based on creative best practices.

• Leverages AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.

• Utilizes Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to departmental functions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and/or similar performance data tools (TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).

• Technically adept at extracting and utilizing creative performance data to analyze trends, insights, and inform creative strategies.

• Knowledgeable about best practices for performance-driven creative and capable of applying these insights in practical work.

• Skilled in writing effective ad copy, structuring scripts, and overseeing execution with appropriate visuals.

• Capable of communicating and collaborating with clients, production, and post-production teams to deliver optimal creative output.

• Able to achieve strong campaign results for clients through strategic development of top-performing creative assets.
