This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversees the paid social creative strategy for 8-10 clients.
• Leverages data insights along with consumer and brand research to create high-performing creative assets.
• Collaborates closely with team members across various internal departments and roles.
• Maintains communication and sentiment with clients.
• Motivated to iterate and generate ideas aimed at achieving established performance goals.
• Establishes rapport with clients to foster open discussion, including understanding client products and objectives, as well as explaining Power Digital processes.
• Conducts research on client brands, competitors, and industry trends, effectively implementing performance creative best practices by platform.
• Regularly audits accounts to identify successful ads, presents data to clients, and formulates hypotheses and test strategies through monthly roadmaps.
• Crafts strategic, consumer-focused, direct response copy and messaging strategies.
• Manages requests and deliverables with the production team using Asana.
• Reviews video and image assets, providing clear and actionable feedback to editors.
• Facilitates productive internal creative team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Acts as the point of contact for clients regarding all aspects of creative strategy alongside the client management team.
• Understands the scope of requested edits, reshoots, and other deliverables.
• Advocates with clients on issues of timelines, scope, feedback, and direction to enhance performance based on creative best practices.
• Employs AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
• Utilizes and leverages Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and/or similar performance data tools (TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
• Technically adept at extracting and utilizing creative performance data to analyze trends, insights, and inform creative roadmaps.
• Knowledge of best practices for performance-driven creative and the ability to apply these insights in work.
• Proficient in writing effective ad copy, structuring scripts, and ensuring execution aligns with corresponding visuals.
• Capable of communicating and collaborating with clients, production, and post-production teams to achieve the best possible creative output.
• Proven ability to deliver strong campaign results for clients by strategizing top-performing creative.
