This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research on customer insights across client advertising accounts, competitor libraries, Reddit, Amazon reviews, and customer interactions to uncover less obvious angles.
• Evaluate performance metrics in Meta Ads Manager across client accounts to determine what is effective, what is losing momentum, and where creative deficiencies exist.
• Transform research findings into concise briefs that encompass angles, headlines, and visual guidance for the in-house graphic designer.
• Craft attention-grabbing headlines that clearly convey the product's identity and its significance.
• Generate several headline variations for the same angle, each possessing a unique voice and structure.
• Review every completed static advertisement prior to distribution, ensuring accuracy in copy, layout, clarity, and creative diversity in the designer's output.
• Monitor what has been dispatched, what has been declined, and what is performing well to inform future creative strategies.
• Work closely with a project manager to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and oversee team outputs.
• Utilize the Meta Ad Library to analyze competitor creatives and identify emerging trends in the market.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in paid advertising for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brands.
• A repeatable research methodology that you can explain comprehensively.
• A portfolio or work samples demonstrating strong headline writing, ad creative strategy, and research-oriented thinking.
• Extensive knowledge of Meta ad formats, Meta Ads Manager, and the Meta Ad Library.
• A keen research instinct.
• The capability to articulate the rationale behind an angle's potential success before it is tested.
• Proficiency in crafting clear, attention-grabbing copy.
• Strong aesthetic judgment.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-output creative environment where both output and quality are crucial.
• Familiarity with AI-driven development tools like Claude Code for enhancing creative workflows is a significant advantage.
